We provide image data of materials in the museum collection. Please use it for posting on the usage media.
About use
The purpose of use is to contribute to raising awareness of human rights, promoting social enlightenment, etc. in accordance with the museum's basic philosophy.
(1) Purpose of academic research
To be used for academic research and to contribute to the research and study of materials or to the improvement of their academic value.
(2) Purpose of dissemination of education
It will be used for educational dissemination and used for exhibitions, teaching materials, publications, video media, etc.
Usage fee: Free
When using image data, be sure to comply with the following.
① The images may be used only as described in the image submission form.
② The applicant must use the equipment directly and must not lend it to a third party.
③ When making the information public, it must be clearly stated that it was provided by The National Hansen's Disease Museum.
(For images that require credit, please refer to the image list and clearly indicate this.)
④ Image data must not be altered in any way.
⑤ Image data that has been used must be promptly destroyed.

Image provision method
After confirming the content of the application at The National Hansen's Disease Museum, we will provide the image data to the e-mail address specified in the image provision application form as an e-mail attachment or using a file transfer service. It may take about a week from the time the application is received until the images are provided. Please apply well in advance of the date of use.
About personal information:
The personal information entered at the time of application will be used only for the purpose of contacting the applicant and providing images.
Other
You may use the captions (explanatory texts) in the image list for panel exhibitions, etc., but if you modify the text, please use it at your own risk. (The National Hansen's Disease Museum will not be held responsible.)
