講話者：石山 春平（いしやま はるへい）さん
1936（昭和11）年生まれ。静岡県出身
小学6年生の時にハンセン病と診断され、小学校を退学
1952（昭和27）年神山復生病院に強制収容される
1968（昭和43）年に社会復帰。民間企業を経て、川崎市の障害者移動ガイドヘルパーとなり27年間働く
1970（昭和45）年看護婦の女性と結婚し3人の子どもを得る
現在は宮前区社会福祉協議会理事を始め、地域の障害者団体の会長として活動している
厚生労働大臣賞受賞、神奈川県弁護士会人権賞等を受賞
