講話者：藤崎　陸安（ふじさきみちやす）さん

1943（昭和18）年生まれ。秋田県出身

1952（昭和27）年4月松丘保養園に入所

1959（昭和34）年邑久高校新良田教室に5期生として入学

1964年9月全患協（現全療協）に書記として赴任

以後、全患協本部中央執行委員を2度にわたり計10年間、松丘保養園入所者自治会長を8期8年間、他副会長を含む執行委員を14年間務める

2005年7月4度目の全療協本部中央執行委員就任を経て、2010年6月から全療協事務局長。現在は多磨全生園に暮らしている
