The National Hansen's Disease Museum (hereinafter referred to as the Museum) is managed and operated by Sasakawa Health Foundation Health, Labor and Welfare.
In accordance with the requirements of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and the Foundation's personal information protection policy, the museum collects the personal information of all persons who provide personal information to the museum (hereinafter referred to as the principal). Recognizing that protecting personal information is an important responsibility as a personal information handling company, we will stipulate the handling of personal information as follows and strive to protect personal information.

In order to further strengthen the protection of personal information, we have adopted the following personal information protection policy in order to comply with laws and other norms related to personal information protection and handle personal information appropriately with voluntary rules and systems. 5. Maintaining and continuously improving the compliance program (efforts for legal compliance)
The policies, systems, plans, implementation, and audits for protecting personal information held by the Foundation will continue in accordance with changes in the business content of the Foundation and changes in the laws, social environment, and IT environment surrounding the business.
