Born in 1934 (Showa 9) in Shizuoka Prefecture. Became ill when he was in elementary school.

In January 1957, she entered Tama Zenshoen, and in November of the same year, she married Sadami Yamauchi. Through the tutoring at Fuyujisha, she learned to read and write, and began to write poetry such as haiku and gogyo-ka. Despite her impaired hand, she also enjoyed handicrafts such as rattan crafts as a hobby.

In 1974, he joined a Buddhist group in Inside the sanatorium.

In 1998, he adopted a daughter.

Reintegrated into society in 2005

She lost her husband in 2011 and re-entered Tama Zenshoen in the same year.

She continues to have contact with Hanasaki Nursery School, which opened in 2012. She currently lives in Tama Zenshoen.
