  • 1948（昭和23）年9月生まれ。福島県勿来市出身。当時は祖父母とその末娘、父母、妹の7人家族で暮らしていた
  • 6歳　小学校入学
  • 12歳 小学校卒業。中学校入学。父母が離婚。祖母の元を離れ、父と妹との3人暮らしが始まる
  • 14歳 父の再婚で4人の生活になる。この年の10月にハンセン病と宣告され、すぐに東北新生園へ入所。園内にある葉ノ木沢分校へ編入
  • 15歳 岡山県立邑久高校新良田教室入学
  • 19歳 新良田教室卒業。東北新生園へ帰る
  • 22歳 長期帰省の形で退園
  • 23歳 正式退園
