Speaker: Michiyasu Fujisaki
Born in 1943 (Showa 18) in Akita Prefecture
April 1952: Entered Matsuoka Hoyoen
In 1959, he entered the Shinrada classroom of Oku High School as a member of the 5th class.
September 1964: Appointed as secretary to All-Japan National Leprosaria Patients' Association (now All-Japan National Hansen's Disease Sanatoria Residents' Association)
Since then, he has served as a member of the Central Executive Committee of the All-Japan National Leprosaria Patients' Association for a total of 10 years on two occasions, as chairman of Matsuoka Hoyoen Resident Association eight terms and eight years, and as a member of other executive committees, including vice chairman, for 14 years.
In July 2005, he was appointed as a member of the Central Executive Committee of All-Japan National Hansen's Disease Sanatoria Residents' Association for the fourth time, and in June 2010, he became the Secretary General of All-Japan National Hansen's Disease Sanatoria Residents' Association. He currently lives in Tama Zenshoen.
