In 2019, Hansen's Disease family proceedings have been confirmed. Forty percent of the plaintiffs who filed the complaint were residents of Okinawa Prefecture. At the trial, the family wanted not only a national apology and compensation, but also Hansen's Disease and correction of discrimination prejudice, and it became clear that many issues still remain. It was. How will we deal with the remaining issues? ハンセン病患者・回復者の家族の語りを聞くことについて、2020年の絵本『ツルとタケシ』原画展をめぐってお話しました。冒頭に、沖縄愛楽園と宮古南静園にとって沖縄戦とハンセン病問題は切り離せないこと、現在も家族や回復者が語りにくい状況があり、それは沖縄戦の語りと構造的に似通っていること等についての説明がありました。続いて絵本『ツルとタケシ』の読み聞かせの紹介、作者の儀間比呂志がハンセン病差別と向き合い版画の製作に至る経緯、交流会館での家族の語りを聞く講演会等の試みについてご紹介いただきました。
参加者からは、交流会館での取り組みに対する愛楽園在園者の思い、沖縄戦とハンセン病問題とのかかわりなどについて多くのご質問がありました。また平和学習とハンセン病問題を重ね合わせて学ぶ現場として沖縄愛楽園の活動に高い関心が寄せられていました。各療養所の社会交流会館等と、当館を結んでお届けする初めてのミュージアムトークは、北海道から沖縄まで、各地からのご参加をいただきました。アンケート等でいただいたご意見を活かし、今後もハンセン病問題についてさまざまな切り口からトークをお届けしてまいります。

Although the nature is different, I think that even in Corona (although the atmosphere of denunciation has decreased because the number of affected people has increased from the beginning), it is treated as a bikin with a joke, and the essence is still the same. It was thought that he himself did not have the consciousness of becoming a party depending on the conditions. It may not be easy to get because the content is heavy, but it seems that it is not widely handled at schools and it is a pity that it is out of print. It was a very thankful project for those who cannot easily visit.
